Puppy's Got a Brand New Home

Today Daisy Duke went to her new home. While she had a scuffle with the resident lab (an aged, rickety old gal -- can't blame her for being annoyed when DD stuffed her face into her mouth), the other dog, also a basset, was quite happy to have a young companion. While I won't miss the housebreaking challenges, I will miss that little face. But I know she's in a good place. Below she gets comfortable in the sun in her new home. Bittersweet day for the foster mom... but I know there will be another needy houndie coming along before long...
