On another note, the garage door saga continues. First, GG demolished our rotting door on Wednesday. The install guys came Thursday a.m.. Not long into the project, one of the guys sliced his hand and was off to the emergency room. To make a long story short, the other guy (not the hand guy) came back today to discuss our options. Apparently they don't think they can do what they wanted to do (the automatic install). It's funny that he came to the house twice to investigate and is NOW telling us they can't do it? Whatever. He brought us some plywood to cover up the gaping hole in our house. But as you can see from the photo below, didn't exactly bring enough. Oh, and he just left the wood for GG to do it. So being the resourceful man that he is, GG used part of the company's garage door that they will pick up... once we get our $$ back.

Isn't it gorgeous? So now we're busy trying to find a new company to set us up. Even if they can't do the automatic door, a finished job is what I am most concerned with. Not an open invitation for the world to come explore our garage contents. (Then again, maybe it would be a good way to get rid of the motorcycle! :) )

Ugh...hope you find someone else to do the door. The shed is very cute, though. As is the white picket fence. Is that new too?
I was in your garage last night. It's a nice place to hang out.
